You can take the Use an Object action as a bonus action. Additionally, your feet are nimble and can be used for simple tasks. You can use it to do the following simple tasks: lift, drop, hold, push, or pull an object or a creature; open or close a door or a container; grapple someone; or make an unarmed strike. Your DM might allow other simple tasks to be added to that list of options.
Glide (1 point).
If you are not incapacitated or wearing heavy armor, you can extend your skin membranes to slow your fall or allow you to glide. When you fall and aren't incapacitated, you can use your reaction to reduce your rate of descent to 60 feet per round until you land, where you take no fall damage and can land on your feet. You can move up to 5 feet horizontally for every 1 foot you descend during this time.

Whenever you make a long jump or a high jump, you can roll a d8 and add the number rolled to the number of feet you cover, even when making a standing jump. This extra distance costs movement as usual.
