Falric was one of the highest-ranking members of the military force of Lordaeron. He commanded the Royal Guard, and was close friends with King Arthas.

Chapter Three: The Scales Tip

Falric was part of the entourage that journeyed to Last Crossing to attend the war summit, and he stayed with Arthas Menethil and Calia Prestor's entourage when Uther and Victor split off so they could cover more of the kingdom. As a result, he was present when the entourage was attacked, and during the fight he was fatally wounded. By the time Uther and his companions arrived on the scene in pursuit of those who had taken Arthas, he was already dead, having likely died a day or two before November 27th, 632.

However, after approval from Uther, Remnii used the spell speak with dead in order to converse with the memories of Falric's soul so they could perhaps get some answers of what happened. He explained that their assailants attacked under the cover of a storm and they were first attacked by gnolls, but that first assault had been a ruse to pave the way for those that likely took Arthas, as during the fight he and the king were separated when Arthas chased after those who had taken Calia.

Uther asked if he had seen anyone suspicious among their party, and Falric stated he did not, thus Uther's final question was how many he had laid low before his passing, to which Falric responded four, with a fifth wounded before the individual laid him low. However, he also produced a piece of parchment that was charred and blood stained, which he had lifted off one of the fallen men before he fully passed--a final clue he could offer before the spell ended.

His body was taken to Light's Hope Chapel, and eventually he was laid to rest in Lordaeron City.
