Faltora Swiftheart was the brother of Koltira Swiftheart, who was one of the suspects in the investigation into the murder of Dar'khan Drathir and the surrounding warlock activity. During the course of the investigation, his wife had given birth to a child. None of them survived the Sacking of Silvermoon.

Chapter Two: Casting Dice
Faltora was one of the people available to give testimony in regards to the suspects of Dar'khan's murder due to his familial connection to Koltira. Arator Windrunner and Caleron Morningwhisper had gone to speak with him, during which his wife had went into labor and they were able to welcome his new child into the world.
The Sacking of Silvermoon
Both Faltora and his wife fought back valiantly against the orcs when they invaded Silvermoon, but they were unfortunately killed along with their newborn child.
