Biography

Jaina was a talented member of the Kirin Tor and was expected to inherit Antonidas's seat on the Council of Six. However, she instead chose to surrender her chances at leadership of Dalaran to marry Arthas Menethil and become queen of Lordaeron. Even so, she maintains a membership with the Kirin Tor and close relationships with many of their archmages to act as a liaison between Dalaran and Lordaeron.

Chapter Two: Casting Dice

Jaina was contacted by king Kael'thas Sunstrider for aid with the warlock situation in Silvermoon after Gilveradin Windrunner successfully vanquished a demon lord summoned by the warlock cabal. She then gathered her son, Velameestra Windrunner, and several others and teleported to Silvermoon so that they could offer their services in getting to the bottom of the warlock incursion.

Chapter Three: The Scales Tip

When the Lordaeron entourage left Lordaeron City to attend the war summit that was to take place at Fort Crossing, Jaina chose to remain behind to continue running the kingdom and also coordinate with Dalaran and the Kirin Tor.

Unfortunately, ill tidings came quickly, as mere days before the summit was to take place, Jaina received a sending from Remnii that informed her Arthas's horse, Indomitable, had arrived at Last Crossing without a riding. Upon pursuing the directly the horse had come from, Uther's companions had found Falric and Calia dead, and Arthas missing.

Trying to keep herself composed, Jaina hastily set about trying to do whatever she could to help find her missing husband, while still ensuring their kingdom would be prepared for war.
