Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can reach. On a hit the creature becomes chilled to the bone and begin to shiver uncontrollably. While affected, the creature is chilled and has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws and attack rolls. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.
Creatures immune to cold or exhaustion are immune to this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.
