You have undergone extensive physical training to gain the following benefits:
- Bonus Proficiency. You gain proficiency in the Athletics skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you gain Expertise with it instead.
- Climb Speed. You gain a climb speed equal to your walking speed.
- Hop Up. When you are Prone, standing up uses only 5 feet of your movement.
- Jumping. You can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet, and you have Advantage on any ability check you make while jumping.
