Prerequisite(s): Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution 13 or higher
You have undergone extensive physical training to gain the following benefits:
- Skill Proficiency. You gain proficiency in the Acrobatics or the Athletics skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.
- Climb Speed. You gain a climb speed equal to your walking speed.
- Hop Up. When you are prone, standing up uses only 5 feet of your movement.
- Jumping. You can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet, and you have advantage on any ability check you make while jumping.
