Heavenly Boon: Empyrean Soul
Prerequisite(s): 9th level, Half-Celestial feat
Celestial blood runs thick in your veins. You may choose a total of two traits selected from the Half Celestial feat or, or from the following traits. You can replace any one of these traits with two secondary traits from the Heavenly Boon gift.
- Mark of the Imperator. Creatures of your choice that start their turns within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the start of its next turn. If the creature’s saving throw is successful, it is immune to this ability for the next 24 hours.
- Mark of Heroic Purpose. You are immune to the Charmed and Frightened conditions.
- Mark of Olympus. You are Large size. Your weapon attacks, including your unarmed strikes, are magical for the purposes of bypassing damage resistance.
- Mark of Rebirth. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can spring back to your feet with a burst of radiance. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier), or the creature takes radiant damage and is blinded until the start of your next turn. This damage is equal to 1d8 per your proficiency bonus. You then regain hit points equal to roll of the damage dice of this spell. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
- Mark of Resistance. Choose one of the following damage types: fire, necrotic, radiant, poison, psychic, or bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. You have resistance to the chosen damage types. If you choose poison, you have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the poisoned condition on yourself. If you choose bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, choose adamantine or silver. Damage from magic weapons or weapons made of the chosen type bypass this resistance.
- Mark of the Rise. Your flying speed increases by 20 feet. Requires Mark of the Heavens, or an innate flying speed.
- Mark of Translocation. As an action, you and any equipment you are wearing magically teleport up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
