Great Weapon Master
As in the Player's Handbook with the following changes:
- Removed bonus action melee attack if you reduce a creature to 0 hit points
- Added You learn the Cleave maneuver and can use it without spending focus.
- Altered Before you make a melee attack with a heavy weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to make the attack without adding your proficiency bonus. If the attack hits, you deal additional damage equal to twice your proficiency bonus.
