You cause a nearby fire to explode into fireworks.
Target. A flame that fits within a 5-foot cube, which explodes in a dazzling display of color in a 10-foot radius, affecting each creature in the area.
Saving Throw. Targets make a Constitution saving throw.
Failure. 2d10 fire damage, and the creature is blinded until the end of your next turn.
Success. Half as much damage.
Persistent Effect. Thick black smoke then spreads out from the target in a 20-foot radius, moving around corners. The area of the smoke is heavily obscured. The smoke persists for 1 minute or until a strong wind disperses it.
Special. You may choose to extinguish the flame when you target it.
At Higher Levels. The area of the target increases by 5 feet, the explosion of color increases by 10 feet, and the cloud of smoke increases by 20 feet for every two slot levels above 2nd level, and the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 2nd.
