Compelled Duel

As in the Player's Handbook with the following addition:

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the range the target can move away from you decreases by 5 feet for every two slot levels above 1st (25ft at 3rd level, 20ft at 5th level, 15ft at 7th level, etc.). If the creature is outside this new range when the spell is cast, it must move to within the new range on its turn unless it succeeds on the Wisdom saving throw.
