Sleet Storm

3rd-Level Conjuration
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 150 feet
Components: VSM (a pinch of dust and a few drops of water)
Duration: (C) 1 minute

Until the spell ends, sleet falls in a 40-foot-tall, 20-foot-radius Cylinder centered on a point you choose within range. The area is Heavily Obscured, exposed flames in the area are doused, and objects and creatures in the area are drenched for the spell's duration. While drenched in this way, they are also chilled.
Ground in the Cylinder is Difficult Terrain. When a creature enters the Cylinder for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall Prone condition and lose Concentration.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can increase the radius of the cylinder by up to 10 feet for each slot level above 3rd.
