1Roll on this table at the start of each of your turns for the next minute, ignoring this result on subsequent rolls.
2A creature of your choice target by the spell you cast immediately rolls on this table. You may not choose yourself unless you are the only target.
3For the next minute, you can see any invisible creature if you have line of sight to it.
4Roll on a random encounter chart befitting your level and location. The creatures or items described in the encounter are summoned randomly within 60 feet of you.
5A modron chosen and controlled by the DM appears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you, then disappears 1 minute later.
6If you have an open hand a random Figurine of Wondrous Power appears in it. Otherwise, it appears at your feet.
7You cast fireball as a 3rd-level spell centered on yourself.
8You cast time stop, but only for 1 turn.
9You cast magic missile as a 5th-level spell.
10A random weapon with 60 feet of you gains a permanent +1 magic bonus to attack and damage rolls.
11Roll a d10. Your height changes by a number of inches equal to the roll. If the roll is odd, you shrink. If the roll is even, you grow.
12You cast chromatic orb on a target within 30 feet of one of the targets affected by the spell that triggered this surge.
13You cast confusion centered on yourself.
14A random instrument appears at your feet. You are proficient with it for the next hour.
15For the next minute, you regain 5 hit points at the start of each of your turns.
16You cast comprehend languages.
17You grow a long bear made of feathers that remains until you sneeze, at which point the feathers explode out from your face.
18You conjure a fiend and a celestial of CR equal to your proficiency bonus with 60 feet of yourself. The fiend and celestial do everything in their power to destroy each other, after which they act according to their own motivations and agendas. They disappear after 1 minute or after they are reduced to 0 hit points.
19You cast grease centered on yourself.
20A 1,000 gp gemstone that you did not own drops out of the back pocket of a creature targeted by the spell. If the spell did not target a creature, or the creature does not have pockets, it falls out of your pocket.
21Creatures have Disadvantage on saving throws against the next spell you cast in the next minute that requires a saving throw.
22All liquids become intoxicating to you until you finish a long rest.
23Your skin turns a vibrant shade of blue. A remove curse spell can end this effect.
24Select two random creatures within 60 feet who are hostile to each other and no more than 30 feet apart. They immediately use their Reactions to cast compelled duel on each other.
25An eye appears on your forehead for the next minute. During that time, you have Advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
26You gain a Hero Point. If you already have 3 Hero Points, a random ally within 30 feet gains it instead.
27For the next minute, all your spells with a casting time of 1 action have a casting time of 1 bonus action.
28You cast arcane sword.
29You teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see.
30If you have a free hand, a single bean from a Bag of Beans appears in it. Otherwise, it appears on the ground in front of you, planted and watered.
31You are transported to the Astral Plane until the end of your next turn, after which you return to the space you previously occupied or the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied.
32You and all other targets affected by the spell must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be stripped naked. Any clothing or armor lands folded neatly at their feet.

34All food and drink tastes like fresh lemon for 1 week or until you eat a lemon.

41You turn into a potted plant until the start of your next turn. While a plant, you are Incapacitated and have vulnerability to all damage. If you drop to 0 hit points, your pot breaks, and your form reverts.
42For the next hour, you may cast prestidigitation or thaumaturgy as a Bonus Action on your turn.
43For the next minute, you can teleport up to 20 feet as a Bonus Action on each of your turns.
44You and all creatures within 60 feet fall under the effects of bestow curse for 1 minute. You choose the effects enemies get, while the DM chooses the effects allies get.

62You gain the benefits of the haste spell until the end of your next turn.

64You sprout a twirly moustache for a week. If you eat 6 ounces of cooked red meat, the moustache burns away.
65Up to three creatures you choose within 30 feet of you take 4d10 lightning damage.
66For the next minute, you are immune to fire damage, and whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, the creature takes 1d10 fire damage.
67You are Frightened by the nearest creature until the end of your next turn.
68Two random potions within 60 feet of you combine together and appear in your free hand, or at your feet.
69Each creature within 30 feet of you becomes Invisible for the next minute. The invisibility ends on a creature when it attacks or casts a spell.
70You cast phantasmal killer on yourself without the duration of concentration. If you end the spell early, you may immediately cast phantasmal killer'' as a bonus action without spending any mana.
71You gain resistance to all damage for the next minute.
72A random magic item on your person gains a minor property.
73A random creature within 60 feet of you becomes Poisoned for 1d4 hours.
74You and all creatures within 30 feet of you catch on fire and begin Burning.
75You glow with bright light in a 30-foot radius for the next minute. Any creature that ends its turn within 5 feet of you is Blinded until the end of its next turn.
76You and all allies within 30 feet gain a Bardic Inspiration on a d6. If they already hold a Bardic Inspiration, it becomes one dice higher.
77You cast polymorph on yourself. If you fail the saving throw, you turn into a sheep for the spell's duration.
78For 1 minute, when you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.
79Illusory butterflies and flower petals flutters in the air within 10 feet of you for the next minute.
80You cast illusory dragon. The spell lasts for 3 turns and does not require concentration, but regards all targets as hostile.

91If you die within the next minute, you immediately come back to life as if by the reincarnate spell.
92If you have a free hand, a random common magic item appears in it. Otherwise, it appears at your feet.
93Your size increases by one size category for the next minute.
94If you have a free hand, a full Deck of Many Things appears in it for 1 hour before it disappears. Otherwise, a single card from the Deck of Many Things appears at your feet, as if it were drawn by you.
95You and all creatures within 30 feet of you gain vulnerability to piercing damage for the next minute.
961d4 Invisible imps appear within 60 feet. They will attempt to prank both allied and hostile targets. They disappear after 1 hour.
97You are surrounded by faint, ethereal music for the next minute.
98You cast mighty fortress centered on yourself.
99If you die within the next minute, you explode. Each creature within 30 feet of you must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 20d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The explosion ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried, and destroys all your equipment.
100You regain an amount of mana equal to your Sorcerer level.
