Kazakus was a zandalari troll with ashen-purple skin and bright red tattoos. He normally has a bare chest and is otherwise very well dressed with gilded jewelry and otherwise.

Kazakus was one of the mage lords present at the Silent Auction that was hosted at the estate of Harold Kirtonos, though his attendenace was represented by one of his simulacrums flanked with two bodyguards that were constructs of animated stone.
