Briarthorn
The Briarthorn (Also known as Boarberry, Bristleberry, Raspberry, or Brambles) is a hardy, thorny, rose bush that grows a the base of trees.
Briarthorn has long and sharp thorns that cover it's branches, and grows black or red berries that are sweet and tart in flavor.
Folklore says that briarthorn grew where ever the wild god Agamaggan shed blood as he wandered the land.
The kaldorei use briarthorn thorns as needles for tattooing. Both the leaves and fruit are used in healing and fertility potions and medicine to ease menstruation and pregnancy.
