Eye of Elune
Eye of Elune (Elun'dris) is a type of magical apple tree cultivated by the kaldorei. Both the fruit and the flowers are stark white and glow slightly, and the plant both blooms and produces fruit throughout the year.
These trees must be grown close to moonwells, as without access to the moonwell's water they will lose their magical properties. One picked, the fruit will begin to lose it's magical properties. So long as it's fresh, the fruit is poison to those who would be injured by holy water.
These apples are a key ingredient in the kaldorei alcohol moonglow and are the source of the beverage's glow.
