Ner'zhul was the chieftain of the Shadowmoon Clan. Though once the most powerful and respected of shamans, he was partially responsible for the introduction of the Legion into orcish culture, and was eventually dishonored by Gul'dan for attempting to deceive them. He was pivotal in the opening of the Dark Portal, though he was slain by Arthak Saurfang.
Appearance
Ner'zhul was an old orc, and age had begun to take its toll on his physique. His face was tattooed with a ritualistic skull, and his body bears numerous piercings, scars, and symbols upon it.
