Primal Shifting
Your shifting abilities grow stronger. You regain all expended uses of your shifting when you finish a short or long rest. Additionally, when you assume your bestial transformation, your form improves in the following ways:
- Beasthide. Your AC bonus while shifted increases to +2.
- Cliffwalk. While shifted, you can burrow through solid rock at half your burrow speed, and you can choose to leave a 5-foot-diameter tunnel in your wake.
- Longtooth. While shifted, your unarmed strike now deal 2d4 + your Strength modifier piercing damage. This damage is magical.
- Saltspray. You can breathe air or water and you gain a swim speed equal to your walking speed even while you are not shifted. While shifted, your swim speed doubles, and you can use the Disengage action as a bonus action while underwater.
- Swiftstride. While shifted, your walking speed increases by an additional 10 feet, and you can move up to half your movement speed when you use the Swiftstride reaction.
- Wildhunt. While shifted, when you attack a creature you can't see within 30 feet of you, your inability to see it doesn't impose disadvantage on your attack rolls against it. Additionally, you are also aware of the location of any invisible creature within 30 feet of you, provided that the creature isn't hidden from you and you aren't blinded or deafened.
