Gar'mak Bladetwist is a veteran of the Ironmarch Vanguard and is one of the few orcs that have the skillset of a blademaster but are not fel corrupted as he left the Burning Blade before the clan was consumed by fel orcs. He was one of the orcs Zaela had identified as a potential recruit for the Kor'kron.

Following the fall of the ban'dinoriel, Gar'mak was among the orcs that had flooded out of Silvermoon in order to pillage the surrounding countryside--during which he joined forces with Zaela.
