Traits

Vital Strikes. When Zathra hits a creature with a weapon attack, the creature takes an extra 1d8 damage if it is below its hit point maximum. Zathra does not suffer penalties for firing at long range.

One With Nature. While outdoors, Zathra can take the Hide action as a Bonus Action on each of her turns, and may hide even when lightly obscured by natural phenomenon.

Strike from the Shadows. When Zathra starts her turn hidden, if Zathra takes the Attack action this turn she may make one additional attack as a Bonus Action.


Actions

Multiattack. Zathra makes two attacks with her shortsword or two attacks with her hand crossbow.

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 4 piercing damage.

Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 4 piercing damage.

Shrapnel Bomb (Recharge 5-6). Zathra hurls a bomb at a point within 60 feet, which then explodes. Each creature within 20 feet of the point must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d6 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Hunt Them Down (1/Day). All creatures within 300 feet of Zathra come under the effects of the hunter's mark spell for the next 24 hours. After Zathra usses this ability, she makes a hand crossbow attack against each enemy she can see within 120 feet, making a separate attack roll for each attack.


Bonus Actions

Rapid Regeneration (3/Day). As a Bonus Action, Zathra can heal herself for 1d8 + 6 hit points. If she takes fire or acid damage, she can't use this ability again until she finishes a Short or Long rest.
