Moonthorn
Moonthorn (Or Thornapple) is a large moonflower that is both medicinal and poisonous.
Like other moonflowers, moonthorn's petals are fused and trumpet like and they bloom at night. The most visible difference is that the corners where the petals are fused are pointed, like thorns. It's fruit is also covered in thorns.
Folklore around the plant is that it is was gifted by Elune to aid her children in facing their fears, warn them of danger, and to teach them temperance.
Every part of the plant is poisonous. Moonthorn leaves are used in ritual meditation by druids of the Cenarian Circle, either by smoking or brewing into tea, as it can invoke visions and euphoria. They are also a common ingredient in medicinal potions and poisons. When consumed in excess it is deadly.
