You speak a word of protection, knitting a ward of energy that shields the target from harm for a short time. An object or creature you choose within range gains 3d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier temporary hit points for the duration of the spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the target gains 1d6 additional temporary hit points for each slot level above 3rd.
