Starfall

You beseech Elune to rain stars on the foe. Choose a point you can see and stars begin to fall on creatures of your choice within 120 feet of the point.

When you cast this spell, and at the beginning of your turn during the duration of the spell, three stars rain down from the sky. You choose the targets for each of these stars, and may choose different targets or the same target twice. A creature who is targeted by a star must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 4d12 radiant damage, or half as much on a successful one.
