Kroll did what he could to aid the Broken Blade and the Ati-kaso following the invasion of Azeroth, staying true to his promise to Remnii that he, along with Nyxxa, would watch out for Arthak. However, a few months after the invasion, he returned through the Dark Portal to commune with the elementals on Draenor, only to find that there was a great disturbance that was ultimately pulling his attention. During the celebration that followed Arthak's mating to Sadras, he pulled Nyxxa aside, informing her that he had to return to Draenor to find the sources of the disturbances, and apologizing that he would be unable to continue aiding her in their promise to their mutual friend.
