Marwyn is a boistrous commander within the Lordaeron military. A friend of King Arthas, he has served the crown for most of his life.

Marwyn is a broad, strong man with as much hair on his face and chest as he lacks on his head. He is loud and friendly.

Biography

Chapter Three: The Scales Tip

Marwyn had largely stayed in Last Crossing, and was present helping to make preparations for the war effort when Uther and his entourage arrived. He was quick to give Uther any updates he had--namely that Stormwind had not sent any representatives--and also provided the letters that Anduin and Taria Wrynn had sent in response to the missives that Uther himself had sent several weeks ago.

When Arthas's horse, Indomitable, arrived in Last Crossing a few days later without his rider or the entourage that accompanied him, Marwyn quickly helped Uther to gather a contingent of knights to charge off in pursuit of the king and those with him.

Chapter Five: Civil War

Marwyn had been sent to accompany princess Ashwynn Menethil in the Bulwark as the war between the Horde and the Alliance forces started to come to a stand-still for the winter. He was present as a guard during the meeting that was interrupted by the surprise return of Uther Menethil, and he had quickly grappled the young prince when he barged into the meeting chambers in the disguise of Angus the Bastard. However, upon realizing the man was legitimately Uther, he quickly became overcome with tears of joy at the return of the prince that had been thought dead for the last year.

He was among those that saw Uther off the following day when the prince returned to Capital City with his companions, while Marwyn himself continued to remain in the Bulwark with Ashwynn.
