Mishan Waycrest-Proudmoore is the eldest daughter of the House Waycrest. The child of Meredith Waycrest and her first husband, she was legitimized by Lord Arthur Waycrest, though she was not added to the line of succession. Her younger half-sister, Lucille, became the heir to the house after her birth, allowing Mishan to establish herself as a captain and eventually go on to marry Tandred Proudmoore.

Chapter Three: The Scales Tip

Mishan, along with her husband Tandred Proudmoore, served as the commanders of the Kul Tiran fleet that had arrived in the bay of Stratholme in anticipation of the war that was brewing beyond the ban'dinoriel. She chose to accompany the entourage of her nephew, Uther Menethil, to Last Crossing where she was to serve as the Kul Tiran representative of both house Waycrest and house Proudmoore at the war summit. Her daughter, Elanora Proudmoore, who had stowed away on their flag ship, also accompanied her mother to serve as an assistant.
