Chapter Three: The Scales Tip
Nem'aen accompanied Velameestra Windrunner across the lake when she departed Scholomance to make the journey up to Last Crossing for the war summit that was to come. The young elf mentioned they wished to see their "best friend" off, and also stated they wanted to look for buried treasure in the waters around Caer Darrow anyway. Thus, when Velameestra set off, they used the water breathing spell and eagerly plunged into the lake.
