You surround yourself with a pulsing aura of cerulean energy, radiating from you in a 30-foot radius. Whenever you or any ally within the aura's radius casts a spell, make an Intelligence check with DC 15 + the spell's level. The blessed target may use whatever Intelligence skill is most fitting for the spell being cast (so Arcana for most wizard spells, Religion for most priest spells, Nature for most druid spells, etc.)
Success on this check refunds mana spent on the spell equal to the amount the check succeeded by (minimum 1). The aura cannot refund more mana than what was spent, and the caster must have the mana to cast the spell at its full cost to do so. Spells with a limited number of slots are still counted as as spent, even if their entire mana costs are refunded.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level or higher, the duration is concentration, up to 10 minutes.
