The target must make a Constitution saving throw or be affected by crippling pain. For the duration, the target is Slowed. While Slowed in this way, it is also dazed, and cannot use the Dash action. Additionally, creature has disavantage on disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws that use Dexterity or Strength. At the end of each of its turns, the target can repeat this saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
