Elfyra Woods was a half-troll that lived on the outskirts of Diamondhead, the village that had been erected around the tower of Karazhan. She once performed at the tower, but after the disappearance of the Guardian, she had resorted to providing herbal treatments and remedies to the village as a means to make a living.

Chapter Five: Civil War
With the help of Seria, Elfyra started to learn the basic intricacies of druidism as she built on her natural skill with natural remedies. She started to use her burgeoning abilities to help nourish the soil of the Deadwind Pass to hopefully restore some life to it, and she agreed to watch over Seria's son, Riff, while her new mentor attended to matters in Gilneas.
