Calia Prestor, formerly Calia Menethil, is the sister of King Arthas Menethil. Now married to King Daval Prestor, she is the queen of Alterac.

Chapter Three: The Scales Tip
Calia was one of the representatives from Alterac, along with her son, Victor, who traveled to Last Crossing for the war summit. Their own entourage happened to arrive at Andorhal at the same time as the Lordaeron envoy, at which point she joined her brother, Arthas Menethil's, envoy for the rest of the journey.
Unfortunately, when the entourage was ambushed Arthas kidnapped, Calia was one of the casualties of the resulting attack. Her body was found by Seria when Uther Menethil and his companions arrived on the scene at Light's Hope Chapel, leaving Victor distraught.
