Mo'arg

The mo'arg are a highly intelligent species of demon that have been absorbed into the ranks of the Burning Legion. They are incredibly diverse, possessing a multitude of subspecies that have a variety of adaptations. Once enemies of Sargeras, when the Dark Titan betrayed the Pantheon, the mo'arg were quickly recruited to his purpose, and now serve as inventive and resourceful armorers and forgemasters.

Subspecies

Engineers

Mo'arg engineers are among the most common, and they more resemble an amalgamation of humanoid and machine as they frequently "improve" their own bodies with bionic parts and other examples of fel industry. While they are typically muscular and broad, their skin is laden with a patchwork of metal stiches that seem to barely hold them together, and a sickly green substance runs through their veins, bleeding from their fanged mouths and visible in the many incisions. They are hairless and they have clawed feet: possessing two large front-facing claws and one heel one.

Felguards

Felguards are fearless, unwaveringly loyal front-line troops and demonic soldiers, and they bear an amazing amount of strength. The majority have horns or spines protruding from their backs, and smaller ones from their forehead, and they are normally clad in thick, heavy armor and wield massive, twisted weapons. Unlike the engineers of their race, the felguards focus entirely on fighting, and they use their sheer size and strength to their advantage--taking on as many foes as possible and slamming into enemy forces to decimate as many as they can.

Fel Lords

Fel lords are an evolved form of the fel guards, and are even larger than their similar bretheren. They wield massive weapons, and they frequently serve as direct enforcers of the higher will of the Burning Legion, with a cruelty to match their brute force.

Traits

Devil's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the felguard's darkvision.

Magic Resistance. The felguard has Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Steadfast. The felguard can't be Frightened while it can see an allied creature within 30 feet of it.

Actions

Multiattack. The felguard makes two attacks: one with its slam, and one with its glaive.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1d8 + 3 bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked Prone. The target has Disadvantage on this saving throw if the felguard moved more than 20 feet in a straight line before this attack.

Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 + 3 slashing damage. If the target is a creature other an undead or a construct, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or lost 1d10 hit points at the start of each of its turns due to an infernal wound. Each time the felguard hits the wounded target with this attack, the damage dealt by the wound increases by 1d10. Any creature can use an Action to stanch the wound with a successful DC 13 Medicine check. The wound also closes if the target receives magical healing.
