As in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, the Hand of Healing and Hand of Harm features have just been combined.

Physician's Touch

As in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything

Flurry of Healing and Harm

^{11th-level Way of Mercy feature}
As in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything with the following added to the Hand of Harm option:

If the creature is Incapacitated or Poisoned, the creature instead takes necrotic damage equal to three rolls of your Martial Arts die instead.

Hand of Ultimate Mercy
