Cleric: City Domain

The City domain is concerned with the citizenry, commerce, traffic, and even architecture of modern civilization. In the eyes of a cleric of the city, the center of modern life is a sense and spirit of community, and the gravest enemies of the city are those who seek to harm the common weal of its citizens.
City Domain Spells
At each indicated cleric level, add the listed spells to your spells prepared. They do not count towards your limit.

Initiate of Civility
1st-level City Domain feature
At 1st level, you learn the on/off cantrip. This cantrip doesn't count against the number of cleric cantrips you know. You also gain proficiency with air, land, and water vehicles.
Civilized Combatant
1st-level City Domain feature
Starting at 1st level, you and creatures within 30 feet of you can't be Surprised, except when Incapacitated by something other than nonmagical sleep. You and friendly creatures within 30 feet of you also awaken if any of you are sleeping naturally when combat begins.
Heart of the City
1st-level City Domain feature
From 1st level, you are able to tap into the spirit of community found in the city. While you are within any city, you can gain Advantage on a single Charisma check, and you gain a bonus on the check equal to your Wisdom modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.

Block Watch
6th-level City Domain feature
Starting at 6th level, your awareness while in the city extends preternaturally. While in an urban environment, you are considered proficient in the Insight and Perception skills. If you are already proficient with them, you gain expertise instead.
Additionally, you add your proficiency bonus to initiative rolls while in urban environments.
Civil Strike
7th-level City Domain feature
When you reach 7th level, you are blessed with divine might in battle. When a creature takes damage from one of your cantrips or weapon attacks, you can also deal 1d8 psychic damage to that creature. Once you deal this damage, you can't use this feature again until the start of your next turn. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
Express Transit
15th-level City Domain feature
At 15th level, you can use mass transit routes to transport instantaneously to other points of civilization. Starting from a bus stop, train station, caravan loading station, or other suitable mass transit site within the city, you can teleport to any other similar transit stop in a town or city you have visited, as if you had cast a teleport spell whose destination is a permanent teleportation circle you know. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before using it again.
