Biography

Esara was the best friend of Nirenn Windrunner and they were both students under the tutelage of Kilnar Goldensword.

Esara quickly made herself busy aiding the magisters that were analyzing the barrier in any way she could, and frequently journeying back and forth between Quel'Lithien Lodge and Last Crossing depending on where her skills were needed. She was present in Last Crossing when Uther and his entourage arrived, and was quick to greet Velameestra when she arrived separately. While they were catching up, Vel asked if she would still be willing to teach her more in the art of swordplay--specifically the variety that she and Kilnar were proficient in, and Esara hastily agreed.

She served as one of the representatives of the elven Magistrate at the war summit, and was impressed with the quick-thinking shown by Velameestra when it became apparent the young mage had arranged for the presence of Kael'thas and several other representatives still in Quel'Thalas to be present at the meeting through a combination of the spells telepathy and major image.
