Ranks

  • Apprentice - The entry rank for the Magistrate, and the one through which most will be weeded out. Apprentices are students of the elder magisters and typically undergo rigorous training and testing before they are promoted to full members of the Magistrate.

  • Elite Magisters
  • Grand Magister - The title of Grand Magister is traditionally held by the leader of the Magisters of Quel'Thalas and is considered to be an incredibly prestigious rank (above even that of Ranger-General of the Farstriders). Like other similar positions, it is a title awarded through election.

  • Grand Magister Belo'vir Salonar is killed by the rogue demon hunter Caria Felsoul. Once news of his death spread, Rommath Pyrewing was selected as the new Grand Magister.
